PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND DESCRIPTION
We always try to keep our products in stock and updated. Although availability may be indicated on the website, it is always possible that the ordered product can not be processed in case of a lack of availability. There is also a chance that a product is shown with a wrong price. In these two cases we will cancel the order and contact you through email or phone.
We will try our best to ensure that the product information on our website is correct. It is possible that the website contains typographical errors or inaccuracies. Therefore we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, errors or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.
We did our very best to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor/screen. We cannot guarantee that the display colour will be accurate and some colours may show differences.
Purchased products will be shipped within 3 – 6 working days starting on the date of the order. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Any import charges, duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs.
Your order will be delivered at the address communicated at the time of ordering. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when ordering. In case of mistake in the addressee’s contact details, Dissculture shall in no event be held liable for the inability to deliver the order.
Shipping problems can occur, Dissculture cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or unavoidable delay in delivery. If you have a problem with your order that is related to shipping, please contact the fulfillment partner as soon as possible. You can find the contact details in your shipping confirmation.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Our return policy entitles you to return the product(s) for any reason within 14 days after receiving the product(s). All products must be completely unworn and unwashed, with all original Dissculture tags still attached. Products that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Dissculture reserves the right to refuse return of any product that does not meet to these conditions. Any costs sustained by the customer to return a product are non-refundable.
When returning products, please make sure that the delivery is traceable because we are not responsible for any damage or losses done by the delivery company. As soon as we received your return, it will take approximately 10 business days to process your refund.
We offer the following payment options: iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay ,PayPal, Belfius Direct Net, KBC/ CBC, Sofort Banking, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay and ING Home’pay.

In the event of a valid cancellation, we use the same means of payment for refund as you used in the original transaction.
